Indexing Inaccuracies in Ebsco’s Business Source Complete


As this video demonstrates, the index limiters in Business Source Complete do not work quite right all the time. It appears that Ebsco may be having issues with quality control of its indexing, as sometimes a search for a SWOT Analysis doesn’t find all the reports that are actually available. I hope this will be fixed soon. For now, it pays to try multiple ways to get the information you are looking for.
